Quick update about new user accounts

Right now I'm the only current mod/admin active on the site. I don't always be online when you make an account, so please be patient with me.

If you make an account and it isn't activated right away, please refrain from making multiple accounts. I will delete the extra accounts that I see and only activate the most recent account. I'll activate your account within a few days, if not the day I get the email. Real life tends to get in the way some days.
